Choosing the Right Hall for Your Party
When planning your party at the Oahu Veterans Center, it’s important to select a hall that matches the size of your group and ensures everyone is comfortable.

Sullivan Hall (Large hall, about 69’ X 39’)
The Sullivan Hall - for Party events we do not recommend more than 250 individuals (set up determines # seated).
$300.00 deposit is required to secure your booking
Includes: Chairs, Tables, Air Conditioning, 2 x Large Ceiling Fans, WIFI, Audio/Visual, Sink and Counter top, Fridge/Freezer, Free Parking.
Ballard Hall (Large hall, about 77’ X 35’)
The Ballard Hall - for Party events we do not recommend more than 180 individuals. (set up determines # seated).
$300.00 deposit is required to secure your booking
Includes: Chairs, Tables, Air Conditioning, WIFI, Audio/Visual, Sink and Counter top, Fridge/Freezer, Free Parking.
A Note on party Times
Friday and Saturday parties set-up starts at 2:00PM. Friday and Saturday parties must end by 10:00PM and everything must be cleaned and cleared by 12:00midnight.
Sunday parties are for dinnertime. Set-up time is at noon, party must end by 8:00PM and everything must be cleaned and cleared by 10:00PM.
Party Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve the date and hall desired.
It must be paid in full before the date can be reserved.
This does not count towards the rental fees.
Deposits will not be refunded if party is cancelled within 60 days of the event.

Party Rental Fees
Prices do not include tax. Applicable taxes will be added to your total. A convenience fee will also apply to online or card payments.
Prices vary based on affiliations, invoices must be paid in full 30 days prior to event.
Public: Sullivan Hall (Large Room) $1,800 Ballard Hall (Large Room) $1,600
Foster Village Residents: Sullivan Hall (Large Room) $1,600 Ballard Hall (Large Room) $1,450 +
Veterans with a valid Military ID: All Active Duty Military, Retirees, Reserves and Guard units- one of the renters must show valid ID Sullivan Hall (Large Room) $1,525 Ballard Hall (Large room) $1,350 Additional Rentals: Projector $50.00 BBQ rental with your party $50.00

(Please ensure you have checked availability on our calendar prior to completing your request to reserve).
What happens next?
After you submit your form, we will confirm the reservation date and time and email you the rental contract. Once you receive the contract, you will have 7 days to return it along with the refundable deposit. Please note that the deposit is separate from the rental fee and does not apply toward the total cost. After we receive both the signed contract and deposit, your rental balance will be due 30 days prior to your event. Don’t worry—we’ll send you friendly reminders along the way.
