Meetings are available Monday through Thursday and Fridays until 2:00 PM.

To book a meeting at the Oahu Veterans Center, please begin by selecting the appropriate hall based on your expected number of attendees. Each hall has a recommended capacity. Please ensure your selected space can comfortably accommodate your group size.

Once you’ve chosen the best-suited hall, check the availability by reviewing the events calendar below to determine your preferred date and time. After confirming that your desired slot is open, submit the Meeting Request Form.

After we receive your form and confirm the date and time, a Meeting Contract will be sent to you for review and signature.

To assist with planning, we also offer setup and teardown layouts for each hall to help ensure your meeting runs smoothly.

Sullivan Hall 1 ($80/hr)

The Sullivan Hall has a partition divide to create two separate halls, Sullivan Hall 1 is one half of the Sullivan Hall. This hall is a medium sized hall that is only used for meetings, seminars and training.

The desired set up determines the number of attendees that can be seated. (Dimensions 38ft x 38ft) We recommend a maximum of around 45 guests with tables, or up to 60 guests with auditorium-style seating.

Includes: Chairs, Tables, Air Conditioning, Large Ceiling Fan, WiFi, Audio/Visual, Free Parking. For an additional cost an 85” Smart TV is available for use to connect to your laptop.

Sullivan Hall ($140/hr)

The Sullivan Hall is a large hall with a capacity to host up to 280 people by fire code (set up determines the number of attendees that can be seated). With its high arched ceiling, four double doors and plenty of windows, this hall offers a sense of bright open space. The hall comes with a fridge/freezer and chest freezer, sink and counter for your refreshments. For more information, please refer to our Meeting Agreement Form. (Dimensions 69ft x 38ft)

Includes: Chairs, Tables, Air Conditioning, 2 x Large Ceiling Fan, WiFi, Audio/Visual, Sink and Counter top, Fridge/Freezer, Free Parking. For an additional cost an 85” Smart TV is available for use to connect to your laptop.

Sullivan Hall 2 ($80/hr)

Ballard Hall ($120/hr)

The Ballard Hall is a large hall with a capacity to host up to 220 people by fire code (set up determines the number of attendees that can be seated) This hall offers a high flat ceiling giving a more intimate atmosphere for events. There is a small recessed area housing a sink, counter, cupboards and fridge/top freezer and chest freezer. Combined with your rental, the Ballard Hall has a paved pathway and an AstroTurf lanai area. For more information, please refer to our Meeting Agreement Form. (Dimensions 76ft x 34ft)

Cruickshank Hall ($70/hr)

The Cruickshank Hall is a small hall with a capacity to hold up to 60 attendees by fire code, the desired set up determines the number of attenees that can be seated. This hall is ideal for small gatherings and is often used in conjunction with a large hall as a Dining hall as it is connected to our large commercial kitchen or to accommodate child care. Dimensions (26ft x 32ft)

Includes: Chairs, Tables, Air Conditioning, WiFi, Audio/Visual, a wall mounted TV. For an additional cost an 82” Smart TV is available for use to connect to your laptop.
